I noticed more calls coming in after about two weeks, which was a nice surprise. It didn’t take long to see some real leads, and overall I’d say it was definitely worth trying.

We worked with them to get a better handle on what to post and which platforms made the most sense for us. In our case, it took a few weeks before we really noticed much happening, so it wasn’t some overnight change. But once things started picking up, it was definitely better than what we were doing on our own.

"Really easy account management"
I’ve had a good experience with SharkTank Media so far. The account side of things has been easy to deal with, nothing’s felt confusing or like a hassle.
My account manager gets back to me quick and explains things in a normal way, not overcomplicating it. Any small issue I’ve had was handled fast, so that’s been nice.
Overall, I’m happy with the service. It feels like they stay on top of things, and I don’t really have to keep chasing anyone, which makes a big difference.

"Fair price, got the job done"
I used SharkTank Media for a small project, the price was fair. It wasn’t perfect, I did have to repeat myself a couple times, which got annoying fast because I don’t have a ton of patience for that. But they eventually got it done well enough, and for what I paid, I’m happy overall.

I was really happy with how clean and original their creative work looked. The ideas felt fresh and had a nice overall vibe, not generic or boring. The only small thing is that I would’ve liked a bit more back-and-forth on a few details, but the final direction still turned out really strong and easy to connect with.

I don’t know, maybe I’ve just dealt with too many companies where the price magically changes later, but this felt different. Sharktankmedia was clear about the cost right from the beginning, and there weren’t any random add-ons popping up halfway through. They also didn’t try to nudge me into some bigger package I didn’t need. They broke everything down in normal, simple terms, so I actually understood what I was paying for. it made the whole decision a lot less stressful.

Billing with Shark Tank Media was mostly straightforward, but I did have to put in a little more effort than I expected, which was kind of annoying.
One charge on my invoice looked different than I thought it would, so I had to reach out and wait until the next day for support to explain it. They did clear it up, but I wish I didn’t have to chase down the answer myself.
Overall, it wasn’t a huge problem. Receipts came through fine, everything got sorted, and I’d probably use them again, I just would’ve liked the billing part to be a bit more hands-off.
